 Defekt bei der Bildung von Peroxyd.
ROI reaktive oxygen intermediates. Wichtig für den Aufschluß von phagozytiertem Material in Neutrophilen, Eosinophilen, Monozyten und Makrophagen (unspezifische Immunabwehr)
NET Neutrophil Extracellular Trap Aspergillus - Hyphen sind zu groß, um phagozytiert zu werden. Mit NETs können sie extrazellulär attakiert werden. Zur Freisetzung von NET ist ein Zn++ - Calprotectin -Komplex erforderlich (1).
Epidemiologie Inzidenz 1 : 200.000.
Klinik Rezidivierende Infektionen, granulomatöse Komplikationen
Prognose 20-30% versterben vor dem 20. Lebensjahr. Pro Jahr sterben 1 - 5% der Erkrankten.
