Therapie high dose SBRT: 45Gy, (45-60Gy), 3 Fraktionen
Ergebnis
  • medianer Follow-up: 28M, 6-65M
  • lokale Kontrolle 3a 64%, 5a 57%
  • OS 3a 60%, 5a 38%
  • signifikante prognostische Faktoren: Tumorvolumen, Dosis
  • Grad 3 oder 4 - Komplikationen 7%
Empfehlung Dosis > 48 Gy
