 Vinorelbin - Capecitabine

Einschluss
  • primäres invasives Mammakarzinom cT2-4
  • uni- oder bilateral
  • auch inflammatorische Karzinome

Ausschluss

 .
Tumor
  • 1777: primär operabel
  • 194: lokal fortgeschritten
  • 93: inflammatorisch
Ansprechen

Prädiktoren für pathologisches Komplettansprechen:
  • jüngeres Alter
  • nicht lobulär
  • Grading 3
  • negative Hormonrezeptoren
