Wie ist das Nebenwirkungsprofil, insbesondere Linksherzinsuffizienz, bei der praeoperativen Behandlung des Her2-positiven Mammakarzinoms mit unterschiedlichen Kombinationen von Chemotherapie, Trastuzumab und Pertuzumab?

Antwort

FEC, Docetaxel und Carboplatin in unterschiedlichen Kombination mit Trastuzumab und Pertuzumab ergaben komplette Remissionen in über der Hälfte der Fälle bei einer moderaten Rate von Linksherzverschlechterungen.
