Her2neu hat 4 extrazelluläre
Domänen. Durch Dimerisierung wird der Rezeptor aktiviert. |
| Bindungsstelle |
Pertuzumab bindet an die Subdomäne II der extrazellulären Domäne
von HER2. |
Diese ist für die Dimerisierung verantwortlich. |
Herceptin bindet an Subdomäne 4 und verhindert die Dimerisierung nicht. |
| Kombination |
Bei der Behandlung des
metastasierten Her2neu-positiven Mammakarzinoms ist eine doppelte
Antikörperblockade mit Trastuzumab und Pertuzumab in Kombination mit
Docetaxel die empfohlene first-line-Behandlung. |
