Operation

 Optimal: Exzision im Gesunden, Sicherheitsabstand 3 - 10mm
OP mit tumoradapiertem Sicherheitsabstand und konventioneller Histologie
Mohs Surgery(3): Fixierung durch ZnCl2-Ätzung in situ, sekundäre Wundheilung

Radiatio
  • primäre Bestrahlung: inoperabel, Ablehnung der OP
  • postoperative Bestrahlung: inkomplette Resektion
  • Rezidiv nach Operation
85-jähriger Mann mit einem 30mm großen, knotig solidem Basaliom der rechten Wange Bestrahlung Elektronen, 6MeV, 5mm Bolus (nicht abgebildet), 54Gy, ED 3 Gy.
Kurettage Abschabung mit oder ohne Elektrodesikkation
Shave Shave-Exzision, tangentiales Abtragen
Kryotherapie kleine oder oberflächliche Basaliome in höherem Lebensalter. Keine Histologie!
Imiquimod Aldara® Creme mit 5% Imiquimod, Beutel mit 0,25g Creme. Immunologische Therapie
PDT Photodynamische Therapie Applikation von &del-Amino-Lävulinsäure oder Ester zur Photosensibilisierung
