Optimierung der Erstlinientherapie der CML mit Nilotinib plus IFN-α
Mit 800mg Imatinib konnte bei einer primären CML eine schnellere und höhere Rate an MR4.5 (tiefe molekulare Remission) erreicht werden als mit 400 mh Imatinib allein oder in Kombination mit INF-α oder Cytarabin.
