allgemeines	Selen wird in der komplementären Therapie von Tumoren eingesetzt.
Serumspiegel	80 - 120 µg/l Serum	100 - 140µg/l Vollblut
Biochemie	Enthalten in Glutathionperoxydase, Selenoprotein P (Transportprotein?).  Selen bindet an die Thiogruppe von Cystein.
Therapie	Von Biosyn empfohlene Dosis:	1000µg vor einer Chemotherapie oder Bestrahlung	500µg ohne Therapie	200-300µg nach Therapieende
