Stadium I

 Eine postoperative Chemotherapie verbessert das Ergebnis nicht. Eine postoperative Strahlentherapie verbessert das Ergebnis nicht.

inoperables NSCLC

 Stadium IIIb und IV
  • First-Line-Therapie
  • Continuous Maintenance Therapy
  • Switch Maintenance Therapy
  • Second-Line-Therapie

Stadium IV

First Line Chemotherapie: 6 Zyklen. Stopp bei PD. Bei SD oder PR Stopp nach 4 Zyklen und Therapie mit anderem Schema.

oligometastasiert

  1/2 der metastasierten NSCLC sind oligometastasiert (5). Gomez-Studie (4,6)

kein Progress 3 Monate nach Chemotherapie
Random: Chemotherapie +- lokal konsolidierende Therapie (85% IMRT, 15% OP)
Nach 49 Patienten Studie vorzeitig beendet		 Eine konsolidierende lokale Therapie (RT oder OP) verlängert bei oligometastasierten Patienten mit NSCLC, die 3 Monate nach systemischer first-line-Therapie progressionsfrei waren,   das PFS und das OS signifikant (4).
