Das SCLC gilt als sehr chemosensibel. |

Patenten mit LD und ED sollten primär 6 Zyklen einer platinhaltigen Chemotherapie erhalten(1). |
Im Stadium I postoperative, platinhaltige Chemotherapie empfohlen(1). |

Patenten mit LD und ED sollten primär 6 Zyklen einer platinhaltigen Chemotherapie erhalten(1). |
Bei LD werden 4 Zyklen bevorzugt(1). |
Platin |
Ein Unterschied zwischen Carboplatin und Cisplatin ist nicht gesichert(1) |

Eine Platinkombination mit Irinotecan ist nicht besser als Etoposid(1) |
