Allgemeines Von verschiedenen Gruppen wurden Richtlinien zur Definition des CGV der Prostata-Loge erstellt:
  • EORTC(3):European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer
  • PHM (5): Princess Margaret Hospital, Kanada
  • GFRU (1): Groupe Francophone de Radiothe´rapie Urologique (aktuelle Analyse)
  • FROGG (4): Australian and New Zealand radiation oncology genito-urinary group
  • RTOG (2): Radiation Therapy Oncology Group
Orientierungspunkte Anastomose Blase-Urethra (VUA) Bulbus penis (PB):Liegt unmittelbar unterhalb der Beckenbodenmuskulatur und ist leicht zu identifizieren.
Der Apex der Prostata liegt unmittelbar am Übergang zur Urethra und stellt den unteren Rand des CTVs dar.
Apex
Caudaler Rand Die Apex sollte sicher im CTV enthalten sein. EORTC: 15 mm cranial PB (wahrscheinlich zu viel) PMH: 8 mm caudal UVA oder cranial PB GFRU: Apex - PB = 6.7 mm (4.7-11 mm).
cranialer anteriorer Rand RTOG: Symphysenoberkante (zu viel?) nur 2/3 Symphyse 15 mm Blasenhals
